New Hair cut

I was always overweight. In the last few years I had begun to develope diabetes and high blood pressure. I have decided to do something about it. I had Weight Loss Surgery, and my only regret is that I did not have it done 8 years ago after I had my son, Nigel. I also have a beautiful daughter, Katrina. Within days of surgery my blood sugar levels had gone to 60-70 range, and within 2 months my blood pressure was a perfect 122/80.

Happier and Healthier!

Here I am at 185 pounds.  It is now July 1, 3004.  Almost 3 years since my surgery.  I maintain my weight of 185. I still need to have a lower Body Lift and breast lift and I will one of these days.  I can eat just about anything I want.  I try to keep it high protien.  But I eat more carbs now that I am close to my goal.  I have no more diabetes or high blood pressure.  My blood sugar is always at a level of 60-80, and my BP is 110/70 like clockwork.  I am happier and healthier than I have ever been in my life.  I don't drink or do drugs or smoke cigarettes!!
